Position: Telecaller / Field Executive

We are looking for energetic and confident freshers or candidates with a few months of real estate experience who are passionate about sales, client interaction, and field work.

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company projects/services.
• Generate and follow up on leads through calling and WhatsApp communication.
• Coordinate and schedule client meetings and site visits.
• Assist the sales team in field activities and client handling.
• Maintain daily call records and update lead status in CRM/Excel.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options.
• Support in achieving daily and monthly targets.
• Handle basic calculations related to pricing, offers, and client requirements.

Requirements

• Graduate or pursuing graduation.
• Fresher or candidates with a few months of real estate experience can apply.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with telecalling and field work.
• Good basic mathematics and calculation skills.
• Confident, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM is a plus.
