📋 Key Responsibilities:

📞 Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

☎️ Handle incoming customer calls professionally and provide relevant information.

🗣️ Explain company products/services clearly and address customer queries.

🎯 Generate leads and business opportunities through telecalling.

🤝 Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

🔄 Follow up with interested customers and prospects regularly.

📋 Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups.

💬 Handle customer objections and use convincing skills to improve conversions.

📈 Support the company's telemarketing and sales activities.

🎯 Work toward assigned calling, lead generation, and conversion targets.

💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month, as per skill & experience
