We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to build and maintain our property inventory. The role involves making outbound calls to property owners using the database provided by the company to gather information about properties available for sale or lease.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to property owners using the company-provided database.
• Gather information regarding properties available for sale or lease.
• Record and update property details accurately in Google Sheets or Excel.
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date property inventory database.
• Share verified property information with the CRM and Sales teams.
• Maintain professional, courteous, and effective communication during all interactions.

Note: This is not a sales role. The position focuses on collecting and maintaining accurate property inventory through outbound calling. No selling, lead conversion, or revenue targets are involved.
