Job Description

  • Call delivery riders from our leads database and explain Zepto earning opportunity
  • Help riders download the Zepto Rider app and complete their KYC (PAN, Aadhaar, selfie)
  • Send reminders and follow-up via WhatsApp to keep riders on track
  • Track your leads in our system and maintain daily call records
  • Motivate onboarded riders to complete their first 10–50 delivery orders
  • Re-engage inactive riders and push them toward earning milestones
