Job SummaryBellway Realtech is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our growing real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, scheduling site visits, and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases.
• Explain company projects, offers, and investment opportunities.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
• Follow up with interested clients regularly.
• Maintain and update customer information in CRM software.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
• Build trust and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead management and conversions.
• Maintain records of all conversations and client feedback.
• RequirementsMinimum 12th Pass/Graduate.
• 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
• Good communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Email).
• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
