Telecaller

Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to contact potential and existing customers, explain products/services, generate leads, and maintain customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain company products and services effectively.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Update CRM/database with call outcomes and customer details.
• RequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Preferred SkillsFluency in English and local language(s).
• Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
• Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Salary₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience) + Incentives.
