We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated candidates for the position of Telecaller in the Insurance sector. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with customers, explaining insurance products, generating leads, and assisting customers with suitable insurance solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain insurance plans

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions

• Generate and follow up on leads

• Maintain good customer relationships

• Achieve assigned calling and sales targets

• Update customer details and maintain records

Requirements:

• Good communication skills

• Basic knowledge of Hindi & English

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
