Job Title: Telecaller – Customer Service & Verification

Location: Sector 58, Noida

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

Handle outbound and inbound calls for customer service support

Verify customer details and documents over calls

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner

Follow company guidelines and verification processes

Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate

Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

Basic computer knowledge

Fresher and experienced both can apply

Skills Required:

Good communication and convincing skills

Attention to detail for verification process

Ability to handle customers politely

Basic MS Office knowledge

Working Details:

6 Days working
