Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and confident Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, generating leads, scheduling site visits, and maintaining regular follow-ups to support sales conversions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database.
• Explain project details and generate customer interest.
• Schedule site visits for interested customers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects.
• Update customer information and call status in CRM.
• Handle customer queries professionally.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead closures.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
• RequirementsMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
• Experience in telecalling, telesales, or real estate sales is preferred.
