Job Description
1. Outbound Calling & Negotiation
· Portfolio Management: Call customers with overdue accounts daily using an automated dialler system to remind them of their outstanding payments.
· Payment Recovery: Convince, negotiate, and establish concrete payment timelines or settlements with defaulting customers.
· Problem Solving: Listen to customer grievances or financial difficulties and offer viable payment solutions within company guidelines.
2. Compliance & Tracking
· Regulatory Compliance: Adhere strictly to banking norms, RBI guidelines (if applicable), and internal codes of conduct regarding collection ethics. Strictly avoid harassment or abusive language.
· Data Logging: Accurately update call logs, disposition codes, payment promises (PTP), and customer interactions in the CRM software.
· Tracing/Skip Tracing: Coordinate with the team leader to identify and locate customers whose contact details have changed.
