Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, social media, networking, and field visits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.

Lead Management

  • Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and walk-ins.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in CRM.
  • Ensure timely conversion of inquiries into business opportunities.

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Generate revenue through service sales, franchise sales, sponsorships, events, and business collaborations.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.

Client Relationship Management

  • Ensure excellent client servicing and satisfaction.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and partners.
  • Address client concerns and coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.

Market Research

  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
  • Identify new business segments and growth opportunities.
  • Suggest innovative sales and marketing strategies.

Reporting

  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
  • Maintain records of calls, meetings, conversions, and revenue generated.
  • Update management regarding business performance and market feedback.

Additional Responsibilities (For Media & Casting Industry)

  • Promote casting opportunities, workshops, shoots, and events.
  • Develop relationships with schools, academies, brands, agencies, and corporate clients.
  • Generate business for TV commercials, films, web series, print shoots, and promotional campaigns.
  • Support franchise expansion activities and business partnerships.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Good knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Professional attitude and positive personality.

Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • MBA/Marketing qualification preferred.

Experience

  • 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Client Acquisition, or Relationship Management.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
