Job Title: Telecaller – Recovery/Collection Process

  • Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending payments and overdue accounts.
  • Follow up with customers and assist in resolving payment-related queries.
  • Maintain proper call records and achieve collection targets.
  • Handle customers professionally and communicate effectively.
