Job OverviewWe are looking for a Telecaller Cum Recruiter to manage Blue Collar candidate recruitment and onboarding. The candidate will be responsible for daily calling, candidate follow-ups, explaining job opportunities, coordinating joining, and assisting candidates throughout the onboarding process.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake daily outbound calls to Blue Collar candidates.
• Explain job roles, salary, location, working conditions, and joining process.
• Identify interested and eligible candidates.
• Follow up with candidates regularly until successful joining.
• Coordinate candidate documentation and onboarding.
• Maintain daily calling and recruitment trackers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
• Re-engage old and pending candidates through regular follow-ups.
• Resolve candidate queries related to jobs and joining.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment records.
• Submit daily performance reports to the Team Leader/Manager.
• Focus on successful joining and onboarding, not just call volume.
• Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills.
• Strong telecalling and follow-up ability.
• Candidate handling and recruitment skills.
• Basic computer/Excel knowledge.
• Ability to work with daily and monthly targets.
• Good time management and discipline.
• Result-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Previous experience in telecalling, recruitment, sales, or customer handling will be an advantage.
