Stareye Media & Entertainment is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills and a positive attitude towards customer interaction. Freshers who are eager to learn and build a career in customer service and sales are encouraged to apply.

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
• Explain company services and offerings to customers.
• Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Address customer queries and provide relevant information.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Required Skills

• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
