Job Description


Holybasil Ayurveda Products Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented B2B Telesales Executives to generate leads and develop business opportunities for our Ayurvedic and Nutraceutical products. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with domestic and international clients, understanding their requirements, and converting inquiries into sales.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential B2B customers.
  • Generate leads and follow up with prospects.
  • Explain company products and private label manufacturing services.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain daily call reports and update CRM records.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and customer support.
  • Required SkillsExcellent communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
  • Ability to handle customers professionally.
  • Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
  • Positive attitude and target-driven approach.
  • Experience in B2B sales, telecalling, or customer support will be preferred.
