📍 Location: Office No. 636, Tower-A, Bhutani Alphathum, Sector-90, Noida

🎯 Position

Outbound Telecaller (Real Estate)

📝 Job Responsibilities

✅ Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases

✅ Generate qualified leads for residential and commercial projects

✅ Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team

✅ Explain project features, pricing, and investment opportunities

✅ Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers

✅ Update customer records and lead status in CRM/Excel

✅ Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets

🎓 Requirements

✔ Minimum 2 Years Experience in Outbound Calling / Call Center Industry (Mandatory)

✔ Experience in Real Estate Telecalling will be an added advantage

✔ Excellent Communication & Convincing Skills

✔ Ability to handle customer objections and follow-ups effectively

✔ Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, Email)

✔ Positive Attitude and Target-Oriented Approach
