Tele Caller Real Estate

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our Real Estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, scheduling site visits, and maintaining client relationships.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases.
• Explain project details, pricing, and offers to potential buyers.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Schedule site visits and follow up with interested customers.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets
