• Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly business targets.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance, training, and support.
• Develop sales strategies to increase productivity and revenue generation.
• Handle client queries and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure proper follow-up and conversion of leads.
• Maintain daily sales reports and performance records.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth processing and disbursement.
• Requirements:Minimum experience in Personal Loan & overdraft Sales and team handling.
• Strong knowledge of the BFSI sector and loan processes.
