Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of personal loan sales executives.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for personal loans.
- Guide team members in lead generation and customer handling.
- Monitor daily sales activities and team performance.
- Build relationships with banks, DSAs, and customers.
- Ensure proper documentation and loan processing.
- Train new team members on sales and product knowledge.
- Maintain reports and MIS updates.
- Handle customer queries and resolve escalations.
