Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of loan officer’s/sales executives.
• Train and motivate team members to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of loans.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Generate reports on daily/weekly sales performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and lending guidelines.
