Job Title: Team Leader – Loan Process ( Telesales )
Location: Noida Sector 3
Experience:1–3 Years in Loan Sales / DSA / Banking / NBFC (Team Handling Experience Preferred)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader to manage a team of telecallers handling Business Loans, Personal Loans and Overdraft products. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, target-oriented mindset, and experience in loan sales.
- Required Skills:Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good knowledge of Business Loans, Personal Loans and Banking products.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and handle pressure.
