✅ Manage & motivate the sales team
✅ Achieve daily/monthly PL & OD sales targets
✅ Monitor team performance, leads, login & disbursement
✅ Provide sales training, guidance & support
✅ Maintain daily sales MIS & performance reports
✅ Ensure process compliance and target achievement
🔹 Requirements
🎓 Graduate preferred
💼 2+ years of experience in Personal Loan / Overdraft / Banking / NBFC Sales
👥 Team-handling experience preferred
