Job Description
Requirement – Cook with experience on Amritsari Kulcha, Choley, Chatni, Dough etc.
Humein ek experienced Amritsari Kulcha Cook chahiye jo tandoor / bhatti par kaam jaanta ho.
Tandoor ki achi jaankari honi chahiye. Kulchey ka kaam sikha dengey hum.
Kaam:
• Amritsari Kulcha banana (Aloo, Gobhi, Paneer, Patty, Mix, etc.)
• Dough preparation, Choley & stuffing
• Coal Tandoor handling
• Taste aur quality maintain karna
Experience:
• Minimum 5+ saal ka experience preferred
• Amritsari style ka proper knowledge hona chahiye.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹24,000 per month (experience ke hisaab se)
Food & Accommodation will be provided
