Job Overview

We are hiring a dynamic HR Recruiter experienced in handling both IT and Non-IT requirements. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing high-quality profiles to onboarding talent for diverse business domains. [1] 

## Key Responsibilities

* Handle end-to-end recruitment for both technical (IT) and non-technical (Non-IT) positions.

* Source quality profiles through job portals (Naukri, Indeed), LinkedIn, and professional networks.

* Screen and shortlist resumes based on technical skills, communication quality, and cultural fit.

* Coordinate interviews smoothly between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.

* Build a strong talent pipeline to fulfill urgent and future hiring batches quickly.

* Follow up regularly with selected candidates until their successful onboarding.

## Eligibility Criteria

* Education: Post Graduation (PG)

* Experience: 6 month to 5 years of proven experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment.

* Skills: Excellent communication, strong negotiation capabilities, and a deep understanding of IT/Non-IT job roles. [2] 

## Salary & Benefits

* Salary: No bar for the right candidate (Depends entirely on experience and interview performance).

* Work Schedule: Alternate Saturdays off.
