Job Description

Position: Store Associate / Executive

Location: Noida

Experience: 1–2 Years

Reporting To: Store Manager

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Role Overview

We are looking for Store Associates/Executives who will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining the shop floor, and supporting day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers on the shop floor.
  • Help customers find products and answer their queries.
  • Ensure a friendly and helpful customer experience.
  • Maintain shelf stock, pricing, and product displays.
  • Support billing and stock replenishment.
  • Maintain general store cleanliness and upkeep.

Candidate Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail or a customer-facing role preferred.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Customer-friendly attitude.
  • Willingness to work according to store timings, including weekends.

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
