Job Description
- Ensure compliance with safety standards & environmental regulations
- Manage project timelines & budgets
- Oversee solar site operations & maintenance
- Conduct site surveys and assess installation feasibility.
- Install solar PV modules, mounting structures, inverters, ACDB, DCDB, and BOS equipment.
- Perform DC & AC wiring, cable laying, earthing, and electrical connections as per standards.
- Execute installations in accordance with engineering drawings and company SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with all electrical and site safety regulations.
- Test, troubleshoot, and assist in system commissioning.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, Design Team, and customers during installation.
- Verify and manage site materials and installation tools.
- Maintain installation quality and complete projects within the scheduled timeline.
- Prepare site reports, installation checklists, photographs, and completion documents.
- Attend service calls, preventive maintenance, and fault rectification when required.
- Train customers on the basic operation and maintenance of the solar system.
