Job Description

Job Summary


We are looking for a Solar Installer / Technician responsible for the installation, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar PV systems.


 Key Responsibilities


* Install solar panels, mounting structures, inverters, and electrical components.

* Perform wiring, cable termination, earthing, and connections.

* Test and troubleshoot solar systems.

* Handle installation and maintenance work at project/customer sites.

* Follow safety standards and maintain proper installation records.

* Coordinate with the project/operations team.


Requirements


* ITI/Diploma in Electrical or related field preferred.

* Basic knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical work.

* Experience in rooftop solar installation preferred.

* Comfortable working at heights and travelling to sites.

* Good troubleshooting and teamwork skills.
