Job DescriptionSanskriti Wave Power & Solution is looking for dedicated and skilled Solar Panel Technicians to join our growing renewable energy team. If you have experience in solar panel installation, maintenance, and electrical work and are looking for long-term career growth, we'd love to hear from you.

• Key ResponsibilitiesInstall rooftop and ground-mounted solar panel systems.
• Perform electrical wiring, inverter installation, and system commissioning.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Solar Net metering knowledge.
• Ensure proper system performance and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with the engineering and project teams.
• Visit customer sites for installation, servicing, and inspections.
• Maintain installation reports and service records.
• EligibilityITI / Diploma / Electrician / Wireman or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 1–5 years of experience in Solar EPC, Electrical, or Renewable Energy.
• Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply.
• Willingness to travel for project installations.
