• Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Create, edit, and publish engaging reels, videos, and graphics.
• Run and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
• Shoot and produce high-quality video content for promotions and campaigns.
• Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build community presence.
• Track performance metrics and prepare analytical reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for integrated campaigns.
• Stay updated with latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media.
• Must-Have Skills:Expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
• Strong reel editing and video editing skills.
• Confidence with no camera fear (comfortable appearing in videos).
• Creative mindset with innovative content ideas.
• Hands-on experience in video shooting and production.
• Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Analytical ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
