Site Supervisor

Job Title: Urgent Senior Site Supervisor (Interior & Architectural Projects)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage all sites.

1. Supervising day-to-day site activities related to interior and architectural works.
2. Ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings, designs, and specifications.
3. Coordinating with architects, designers, contractors, vendors, and labour teams.
4. Monitoring site progress, quality of work, and workmanship.
5. Ensuring timely completion of project as per schedule.
6. Checking materials delivered at site and maintaining proper records.
7. Maintaining site discipline, safety, and cleanliness.
8. Preparing daily site reports and progress updates for the management.
9. Identifying site issues and coordinating with the design team for solutions.
10. Ensuring proper execution of civil work, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, polishing, painting, and finishing work as per design intent.
11.  Leave will be granted in case of prior intimation one-day before. Emergency leave will be exceptional.
12. Collaborate and coordinate with the core site team including supervisors, painters, plumbers, tile fixers, and electricians, ensuring effective communication and strong working relationships for timely project completion.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Civil, Interior Design, or related field and 12th pass can also apply

• 2–5 years experience in interior or architectural site supervision

• Good knowledge of materials, drawings, Labour Handling and site execution.

Location: Noida

Experience: 2 years minimum

Candidate should based out in Noida.
