Job Description
Job Summary: We are looking for a technically proficient and proactive Technical Operations Executive to manage the technical operations of multiple high-rise residential societies across Noida, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad. This is a field-based role requiring regular travel between assigned sites to ensure smooth facility operations, technical compliance, manpower deployment, and client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should be technically sound, capable of independently handling site operations, managing technical manpower, resolving critical maintenance issues, coordinating with Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs) and clients, and ensuring uninterrupted operation of all engineering services.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Operations
- Visit assigned residential sites on a regular basis to monitor operations and maintenance activities.
- Ensure smooth functioning of:
- HT/LT Panels
- DG Sets
- Transformers
- STP/WTP Plants
- Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm Systems
- Lifts & Elevators
- Water Supply & Pumping Systems
- Plumbing Systems
- HVAC (where applicable)
- Monitor preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Identify technical issues and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for repair and maintenance work.
- Site & Manpower Management
- Manage technical manpower deployed across multiple residential sites.
- Supervise electricians, plumbers, technicians, multi-skilled technicians (MSTs), and other maintenance staff.
- Ensure proper manpower deployment, attendance, discipline, and shift management.
- Arrange backup manpower during absenteeism or emergency situations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and technical audits.
- Client & Site Coordination: Serve as the key technical contact for RWAs, clients, and society management committees.
- Attend client meetings and provide technical updates.
- Handle escalations, complaints, and emergency situations professionally.
- Ensure timely closure of technical complaints while maintaining high service standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and support.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain equipment logs, service records, preventive maintenance schedules, and technical reports.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, electrical safety standards, fire safety norms, and operational SOPs.
- Monitor AMC performance and vendor deliverables.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to management.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to critical breakdowns and emergency situations.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts and coordinate with site teams and vendors for immediate restoration of services.
- Ensure all emergency response procedures are followed effectively.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external contractors and service providers.
- Monitor work quality, timelines, and adherence to safety standards.
- Verify work completion and maintain service documentation.
- Required Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of residential facility management systems.
- Hands-on experience with STP, WTP, Electrical Systems, Fire Systems, DG Sets, Transformers, Pumps, and Lifts.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and technical manpower management capabilities.
- Excellent client handling and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a field-based operational environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and reporting.
- Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in residential facility management is mandatory.
- Comfortable with extensive field travel across Noida, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad.
- Able to independently manage multiple residential sites and technical teams.
- Strong decision-making and crisis management skills.
- Professional attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler with a valid driving licence for regular site visits.
