Service Engineer

Job Summary : A Service Engineer is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing equipment or systems at customer sites. The role ensures optimal performance of products while providing technical support and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities : Install, commission, and test equipment at customer locations.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues.
• Respond to customer service requests and emergency breakdowns.
• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Train customers on proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, engineering, and operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and service tools.
• Provide technical support remotely and on-site as required.
