Key Responsibilities

  • Needs Assessment: Evaluate client needs and develop personalized service or care plans.

  • Scheduling & Dispatch: Manage calendars, arrange appointments, and coordinate the dispatch of field technicians or support staff.

  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, work orders, and service progress in company databases.
  • Advocacy & Follow-Up: Monitor the quality of services delivered to ensure client satisfaction and address any gaps in care or provision.
