Job Description

Job Role: Customer Service Coordinator – ENVENTA POWER TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD.

The role involves handling customer calls through the IVR system, registering service complaints, providing basic technical support over the phone, coordinating with service engineers for customer visits, and maintaining service and installation reports in Excel and Zoho. The candidate will also coordinate with internal teams for customer support and battery replacement-related requirements.

Required Skills: Good communication, customer handling, coordination, basic technical understanding, and knowledge of MS Excel.
