Senior Relationship Manager – Health Insurance / Life Insurance (Work From Office)

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 Per Month + Uncapped Monthly Incentives

Office Timings: 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM (Fixed Day Shift)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Sunday Fixed Off)

🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for seasoned sales professionals at Quick Policy who possess a proven track record of selling health insurance or allied financial products. In this role, you will handle high-converting leads provided by the company. Your core focus will be to analyze client requirements, pitch customized health insurance plans, and close high-value deals.

🔑Key Responsibilities 

Direct Sales Closure: Engage with qualified leads provided by the company to consistently drive up sales conversion rates.

Expert Consultation: Evaluate clients' medical history and financial capacities to recommend the absolute best-fit health insurance policies.

Portfolio Management: Build strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and corporate accounts to drive repeat business and referrals.

Target Leadership: Successfully meet or exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales metrics.

Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate log of daily call activities, follow-ups, and sales pipelines inside the CRM system.

🎓 Requirements

Skills: Strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities paired with excellent communication skills to interact with Delhi-NCR clientele.

Product Knowledge: Sound familiarity with standard insurance terms, portabilities, claim procedures, and optional riders is highly preferred.
