Job Description
ake outbound calls to potential customers regarding Personal Loan products.
Understand customer requirements and explain loan eligibility, features, documentation, and process.
Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
Follow up with interested customers regularly and convert leads into applications.
Coordinate with the sales/processing team for documentation and application processing.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships.
Ensure all customer information is handled responsibly and confidentially.
Follow company policies, sales processes, and compliance guidelines.
