Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Female Calling Executive to handle customer and client calls, followups, and coordination. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and previous

experience in customer/client calling.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers and clients.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, requirements, payments, and deliveries.
• Respond professionally to customer queries and provide appropriate information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer requirements.
• Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
• Regularly follow up with existing customers and maintain good relationships.
• Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
• Maintain basic records and reports using Excel/Tally.
• Prepare daily calling and follow-up reports.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in customer calling, client coordination, telecalling, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Good Hindi and English communication.
• Confident and professional while speaking with customers/clients.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Tally preferred.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Female candidates preferred.
