Senior Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate senior sales manager /Sales Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding clients' property requirements, and guiding them in selecting suitable residential and commercial real estate projects. The role involves conducting site visits, delivering property presentations, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth closure of sales transactions. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, following up on leads, coordinating with developers and internal teams, and achieving monthly sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills are essential. Prior experience in real estate sales and knowledge of the Noida, Greater Noida, and NCR property market will be an added advantage.
