šŸŽÆ Role Overview:

The Senior Manager – Diagnostic Sales Call Centre will lead and manage the diagnostic tele-sales and customer engagement operations to drive revenue growth, enhance customer experience, and ensure operational excellence. The role is responsible for achieving sales targets, improving conversion rates, managing call centre performance, and leading high-performing teams within the diagnostics business.


āœ… Key Responsibilities: 

Sales & Revenue Growth:

  • Drive diagnostic test and healthcare package sales through primarily outbound calling operations.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize sales revenue.
  • Monitor conversion ratios, upselling opportunities, and business performance metrics.
  • Overall, Sales centre revenue week on week growth % 

Call Centre Operations:

  • Oversee day-to-day call centre operations including staffing, scheduling, and service delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and operational KPIs.
  • Optimize processes to improve productivity and customer experience.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop team leaders, supervisors, and tele-sales executives.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and training programs.
  • Build a high-performance and customer-focused culture.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track and analyse sales performance, call centre metrics, and operational reports.
  • Present MIS reports and business insights to senior management.

Compliance & Systems

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, data privacy, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with CRM and IT teams for process automation and system enhancements.

  • Minimum 4 years of leadership experience managing large teams.
