Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting the company’s products or services. The candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through calls, meetings, networking, and field visits.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to clients effectively.
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Follow up on leads and customer inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM/software.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer handling.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
