Job Title: Senior Sales Head – GPS & Business Development


Location: Noida


Job Type: Full-Time


Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Head who can take our GPS business to the next level and drive strong business growth. The candidate should have excellent leadership, sales strategy, and business development skills with the ability to build and manage a high-performing sales team.


The role also includes participation in other sales and business expansion activities to increase company revenue and market presence.


Roles & Responsibilities:


Lead and grow the GPS tracking business sales operations

Develop and implement sales strategies for business expansion

Generate new business opportunities and maintain client relationships

Handle B2B and B2C sales, corporate clients, and key accounts

Build, train, and manage the sales team

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets

Coordinate with operations and support teams for smooth execution

Participate in new business categories and additional sales activities

Identify market trends and competitor activities

Prepare sales reports, MIS, and business growth plans


Required Skills:


Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

Experience in both B2B and B2C sales and business development

Knowledge of GPS tracking industry preferred

Strong networking and client-handling capabilities

Ability to work on targets and business growth plans

Self-driven and result-oriented personality

Strong problem-solving skills

Thinking out of the box mindset

Good communication skills (both written & verbal)


Experience:

5+ Years Preferred


Qualification:

Graduate / MBA Marketing / Business Management or relevant qualification
