Senior Sales Associate

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive with strong experience in Real Estate Sales, Business Development, Lead Conversion, Client Relationship Management, and Revenue Generation. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Key Responsibilities
• Generate and manage sales leads through calls, references, digital channels, and other sources.
• Understand clients' property requirements, budgets, and preferences and recommend suitable projects.
• Conduct site visits, property presentations, and project walkthroughs for prospective clients.
• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to booking and closure.
• Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
• Follow up with prospects regularly and ensure effective lead conversion.
• Negotiate with clients and assist in booking closure while maintaining company pricing policies.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, bookings, and sales activities in CRM/Excel.
• Coordinate with Pre-Sales, CRM, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams for smooth transaction closure.
• Keep updated on market trends, competitor projects, pricing, inventory, and real estate developments.
• Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and MIS for management.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

• Candidate ProfileGraduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an advantage.
• 3–6 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar sales-driven industry.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the real estate sales cycle and customer buying journey.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a high-performance sales environment.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
