Prithvee Propmart Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the position of Senior Manager – Industrial Leasing & Sale/Purchase for Noida location.

Experience Required:

• Maximum 4 Years

Industry:

Real Estate – Industrial & Commercial

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional with strong knowledge of:

• Industrial Leasing

• Sale & Purchase Transactions

• Warehousing & Factory Properties

• Industrial Plots

• Noida Industrial Sectors

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle industrial property leasing, resale, and sale/purchase transactions

• Manage warehouse, factory, industrial plot, and commercial property deals

• Generate leads through calling, references, brokers, portals, and market visits

• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations

• Maintain relationships with investors, landlords, tenants, and corporate clients

• Negotiate and close deals professionally

• Maintain industrial inventory and market data

• Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in industrial real estate is mandatory

• Knowledge of Phase 1, 2 & 3, Ecotech, Site 4 & 5, Surajpur & YEIDA sectors preferred

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
