Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for Groweon CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and cold calling. • Meet prospective clients and present Groweon CRM solutions. • Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits. • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records. • Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and support. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills. • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities. • Ability to work independently and achieve targets. • Knowledge of CRM/SaaS sales preferred. • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field. MBA preferred. 0–3 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, Software Sales, or Business Development. Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
