Job Description

Hanux Learning Private Limited is hiring a Senior Business Development Executive / Senior Sales Executive for selling website development, mobile app development, software solutions, and AI automation services to businesses.

The candidate will be responsible for connecting with business owners and decision-makers, understanding their requirements, explaining our IT services, following up with leads, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and follow up with leads for website development, app development, CRM, software, and AI automation services.

Call, message, and email potential clients to explain company services and packages.

Speak with business owners and decision-makers to understand their business needs.

Share proposals, pricing, and service details with interested clients.

Maintain daily follow-ups and update lead status properly.

Coordinate with the internal team after client closure.

Achieve monthly sales and incentive targets.

Required Skills

Good English communication skills.

Experience in sales, telesales, inside sales, business development, or IT sales.

Ability to handle international clients over calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn.

Basic understanding of website development, app development, digital services, or AI automation will be preferred.

Good convincing, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills.

Comfortable working in night shift from office.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred.

Experience: 6 months to 3 years in sales preferred.
