We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Senior Business Development Executive to join our sales team at our Noida location.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate revenue by converting leads into paid enrollments for certification and training programs.
- Handle outbound and inbound sales calls with working professionals.
- Explain certification programs, pricing, benefits, process, and enrollment details clearly to clients.
- Follow up with interested leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain proper lead status, follow-up notes, and sales updates in CRM or Google Sheets.
- Build strong client relationships and understand customer requirements.
- Handle objections, negotiate professionally, and close sales effectively.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team for enrollment, payment confirmation, and client onboarding.
- Maintain a professional and positive communication style with clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, tele-sales, EdTech, training, certification sales, or similar industry.
- Good English communication and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and closing ability.
- Comfortable with calling, WhatsApp communication, and email follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, Google Sheets, and lead management.
- Ability to work in a target-based sales environment.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-driven attitude.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in EdTech, professional certification training, career services, or international sales will be an advantage.
- Candidate should be confident, presentable, and able to handle professional clients.
- Good understanding of consultative sales will be preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and interview performance.
