We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Senior Business Development Executive to join our sales team at our Noida location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate revenue by converting leads into paid enrollments for certification and training programs.
  • Handle outbound and inbound sales calls with working professionals.
  • Explain certification programs, pricing, benefits, process, and enrollment details clearly to clients.
  • Follow up with interested leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Maintain proper lead status, follow-up notes, and sales updates in CRM or Google Sheets.
  • Build strong client relationships and understand customer requirements.
  • Handle objections, negotiate professionally, and close sales effectively.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for enrollment, payment confirmation, and client onboarding.
  • Maintain a professional and positive communication style with clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, tele-sales, EdTech, training, certification sales, or similar industry.
  • Good English communication and convincing skills.
  • Strong follow-up and closing ability.
  • Comfortable with calling, WhatsApp communication, and email follow-ups.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM, Google Sheets, and lead management.
  • Ability to work in a target-based sales environment.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-driven attitude.

Preferred Candidate

  • Experience in EdTech, professional certification training, career services, or international sales will be an advantage.
  • Candidate should be confident, presentable, and able to handle professional clients.
  • Good understanding of consultative sales will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits
