Job Title: Security Area Officer / Field Officer

Location: Delhi NCR

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Security Area Officer / Field Officer to manage and supervise security operations across multiple client sites in Delhi NCR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise security guards at assigned sites.
• Conduct regular site visits and surprise inspections.
• Ensure proper manpower deployment, attendance, grooming and discipline.
• Arrange replacement guards in case of absenteeism or shortage.
• Brief and train guards regarding duty procedures and client requirements.
• Coordinate with clients and resolve day-to-day security issues.
• Check duty registers, reports and security equipment.
• Handle emergency situations and provide immediate operational support.
• Submit daily field visit and manpower reports to management.
• Ensure smooth security operations across all assigned locations.

Requirements:

• 12th Pass or Graduate preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in security operations/field supervision.
• Good communication and team-handling skills.
• Knowledge of security guard deployment and site operations.
• Hindi communication is essential; basic English preferred.
• Must be comfortable with extensive field travel across Delhi NCR.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
