We are looking for a responsible and disciplined Security Guard Supervisor to oversee security operations at our manufacturing facility.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage the day-to-day activities of security guards.
• Ensure proper monitoring of all incoming and outgoing materials, vehicles, and goods.
• Maintain accurate records of material movement in the designated registers.
• Record visitor, vendor, contractor, and outsider entries and exits in the visitor register.
• Verify gate passes and relevant documents before allowing any material to enter or leave the premises.
• Monitor employee and visitor access while ensuring adherence to company security protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of the factory premises to maintain safety and prevent unauthorized access.
• Report any security breaches, suspicious activities, accidents, or emergencies to the management immediately.
• Ensure security personnel maintain discipline, punctuality, and proper uniforms.
• Coordinate with HR, Administration, and Production departments for smooth security operations.
• Maintain daily security reports and shift handover records.
• EligibilityMinimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience as a Security Supervisor in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Good knowledge of gate management, visitor handling, and material movement procedures.
• Basic record-keeping and register maintenance skills.
• Good communication and leadership abilities.
