Security Guard

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage security guards and staff deployed at client sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to security protocols.
• Coordinate with clients to understand and address their security needs.
• Prepare duty rosters, assign shifts, and monitor attendance of security personnel.
• Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
• Provide training, guidance, and motivation to security staff.
• Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services when required.
• Maintain operational records, logs, and performance trackers.
• Report regularly to senior management on site performance and issues.
