We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in Sales, Loan Sales, BFSI, or Customer Acquisition. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, building customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. For Team Leader roles, the candidate should also be capable of managing, guiding, and motivating a team to achieve business goals. Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and target-oriented skills are essential.
